About the Company

Our manufacturing unit is equipped with all major Quality control equipments, such as Single spark Spectrometer for Chemical Analysis, Universal Testing Machine for testing physical properties, Hardness Testing Machine, Die penetration Test, Magnetic Particle Test machine, Impact testing machine, static and dynamic load testing machine, All Types of Measuring Instruments etc.

Lot of value addition as per customer requirement, are done over the castings such as Machining, Radiography/ UT, All types Special Heat treatment, such as Tuffriding, Nitriding, etc. additional Tests – such as Surface roughness test, Salt spray test, IGC Practice B, F, Impact Test Coating – Zinc passivation, Electro Polishing, Acid Pickling, Blackening. Qualified Manpower in all departments with vast experience in Investment Casting field are deployed to ascertain defect free castings and smooth production.

Quality standard certification to international standardization are achieved for ISO – 9001:2015, PED 2014/68/EU Annex I sec. 4.3, AD 2000 Merkblatt W0, EN 764- Para 4.2, IATF 16949 : 2016. The foundry is IBR Approved and components are RoHS compliance.

Infrastructure

The Company’s inner core is formed by the steering engineers with a track record of over two decades in the field of investment casting. With a Factory area of 43,000 sq ft. at Moraiya near Ahmedabad, India, the Company’s strengths evolve from a deep obsession with quality, and a dogged determination to achieve customer satisfaction.

Technology

Our technology is totally indigenous and in a modified form, from that of the existing recent developed technologies used in major developing countries. Synthetic Wax, used for patterns with water – soluble wax / urea / ceramic for core. Water based colloidal silica is used with Zicron, Zirconium dioxide, Fused Siliminate, Fused Silica, and Alluminate Silicates depending on the size, shape, metal selected.

The Company deploys the latest machines and their continual improvements in quality for producing patterns from complex toolings in an unbelievable range of configurations.

Today our thoroughness in employing the lost wax process for intricate designs has become legend. We manufacture prototype casting from rubber molds, machined waxes and epoxy tooling made from a master. Generally, we can pour almost any alloy into the mould for any complex construction of casting.
